Builds.
From a first working version to a production system, on the same bench and with the same discipline, whatever the product.
Every product we run was built on one engineering workbench, the K2, and is supported by it. One shop or a whole organisation, structured data or a pile of documents, in any industry, of any size. Your data already holds the signal. We build what finds it, and we build it fast.
“Here is everything we have.
Tell us what it means.”
Built on the K2.
Supported by the K2.
Our products serve different purposes.
The K2 is what they have in common.
The K2 is how ProductiV builds software. It takes a need from the first conversation to a working product, then stays with it in production.
It plans the work, builds it, checks every change, ships it and keeps watch once it is running. Our engineers direct it and stand behind it. The same bench that built a system investigates its faults and carries them through repair.
There is no release cycle to wait behind. A change can be built, checked and put live in minutes. And nothing we build is a black box.
The question is not whether the code works.
It is whether it does what it is supposed to do.
We describe what the workbench does, not how it does it. That part stays with us.
From a first working version to a production system, on the same bench and with the same discipline, whatever the product.
An independent reviewer reads each change before it is called done. The reviewer sits outside the work it checks.
What the K2 ships, it keeps watching. Faults are caught, contained and carried through repair, with version history and backups behind every change.
If K2 built it, K2 supports it.
Building, running and support stay connected. We use intelligence to shorten long processes and long workflows, and to automate what wears people down. Never to take away the people who do the work.
We give people a platform to blossom on. Very often someone has carried ten years of knowledge and one thought: if we just had this one thing, we could kill this whole process. What should always have been part of the business has stayed an idea.
We’re listening.
Tell us more.
Before you know it, the thing you were wishing for is built and in front of you. It is your idea coming to life, so it matters to you, and you take it to the next level.
We can only hear so much before the first build, and nothing we build is a black box. If we didn’t get it exactly right, change it, adjust it. Don’t worry about what is under the hood. Worry about what is in front of you.
That is where real progress starts: real velocity, development that compounds, and proper engineering rather than throwaway code, because the K2 works on rails, with conditions every change must meet. Every product it builds, from Horizon to Intelligence to Landing, inherits them.
In every engagement we work with a product champion: someone who knows the work deeply and wants to see it done better. They get the product first, shape it with us and bring their colleagues along. From a simple website to a large production system, we are there for you.
Every product we build carries what it learns about your business, across many layers, so the answer you get in six months knows what you asked today.
Start with us holding your hand and take the training wheels off when you are ready. With Intelligence and Landing, our engineers and the K2 stay close and build what you ask for. Horizon is the graduation, for an organisation ready for its own rails and its own sovereignty, however that looks.
None stands above another in merit; what differs is how much we hold your hand. Most are in production today, the rest are built and proven, and if none of them fits, the K2 builds what does.
For a business that wants the answers without running its own engineering, from a single shop to a medium enterprise. It brings the figures from every system you run into one picture and draws out the signal, with dashboards, reports and an assistant of your own. Ask your assistant for something new and it becomes a build order to us: our engineers and the K2 build it for you.
For an organisation that runs on structured and unstructured data. We put the right model and the right assistant in front of you, one we build or one we choose, to interrogate your data and return information that shapes your decisions. Ask for something new and it works your short request into a proper build order and hands it to the K2, which builds it, checks it and puts it live for you. Landing is the step before Horizon.
The graduation from Landing, for an organisation that wants its sovereignty, however that looks. It brings a whole organisation’s structured and unstructured data together and gives your staff an assistant and a builder of their own: ask for a change in plain words and see it built, checked and put live. It runs on its own rails in your own cloud, on private or frontier models: you decide, we help you decide, or we decide for you. Your data is treated as yours, and we keep the code in check.
For finding out what actually happened. It reads scanned receipts and matches them against the live record of voids and refunds, so every exception can be investigated in one place.
Lay out a space and work with it visually. Upload a floor plan, walk it in 3D and click any shelf to see what it sells and what stands still. It began on retail floors, and the same approach reaches leased property, warehouses and logistics. If it has four corners, we can visualise it.
An operating system for a school: its records, documents and daily running in one place, with a private assistant for every person who uses it, designed so a school can run it on its own site.
A maths tutor for South African learners. It works through the curriculum with them, one step at a time, and reviews their homework.
Matches what was claimed from medical aids against what was actually paid, so a pharmacy sees exactly what it is owed and can recover it. In many cases it brings home more than it costs.
Tracks every security officer’s registration and its renewal, so a security company always knows who is compliant and who is due.
A TECHNOLOGY HOUSE, NOT ONLY PRODUCTSWe make sense of anything, and the work behind the products stands on its own.Pharmacy dispensing is built on the same bench, and these three run through everything we do.
We harden what we build and what we run: application firewalls, automatic bans on hostile traffic, encrypted transport, and a review of every change before it ships.
We take data from Azure, AWS, on-premises servers or anywhere else and converge it into a single database that serves all of your information.
Most websites run on platforms that are breached again and again. We build on a leaner foundation that publishes plain pages with no server code to exploit, and only after review.
If your business produces it, the K2 can work with it.
Retail in every format, from a single bottle store to a national chain, across food, fashion and fast-moving goods. Finance, insurance and the paperwork behind them. Email, scans, shared drives and chat. Photos, voice and meetings. Machines, meters and live telemetry, read down to the millisecond.
Bring us the whole plant, not one gauge: the boilers, the exhaust gas, every sensor that reports. We don’t need to rebuild what already measures it. We watch what it says, from a sensor on a boiler to a shared mailbox, and put it to work.
If it carries information, structured or unstructured, it can be read, connected and put to work. Big or small, every industry is welcome.
Your data was never the problem.
The wait to build on it was.
The systems a business runs on can be old, slow or awkward and still hold years of good data. The blue-screen system everyone complains about may carry forty years of hard-won knowledge: the screens are dated, the information is rich. The signal is already in there. What held it back was how long a development team took to turn that data into software, and how often the first attempt missed. We don’t suffer from that. We find the signal and build it into something the people who have to act on it can see, trust and use.
And if you can’t bring it to us, we come to you. We send people to sit with your team, watch how the work really happens and listen. What starts as one idea often leaves as seven, and then we put something working in front of you.
If earlier developers have worn you out, we won’t. Some of our best work began with a client too tired to explain much. We stood something up anyway, and it landed the moment they saw it.
We never force anyone onto our screen. The product comes to the people who use it, in the way that suits them.
Talk to it on WhatsApp. Use the mobile app on iPhone and Android, or the desktop app on Windows, macOS and Linux. Reach it on Slack, by email or by voice, and bring it into your meetings on Teams, Zoom or Google Meet. If your people live somewhere else, that is where we will meet them.
The product is an engine you can talk to.
How you talk to it is your choice.
That is what makes people actually use what we build. Adoption follows when the tool fits the way people already work, rather than asking them to change for the tool.
Chat, mobile, desktop, email, voice and meetings. The same product and the same answers, wherever the question is asked.
We keep you on the safest edge, not the bleeding edge: the right model for each task, chosen because we know our models well, which handles finance, which reads documents best and which can be trusted with private information. The most expensive model is not always the right one. If you would rather choose, we lay out the options.
Our servers, your cloud, your data centre or your own building. Where it runs, and whose model runs it, is agreed with you.
Your knowledge and your data go in. A working product comes out, and it keeps working.
The K2 creates at speed. Your people and our engineers test the result against the way the work really happens, and it settles into dependable software that runs day to day.
Intelligence stays on hand to analyse, answer the next question and build the next change. One improvement exposes another possibility, and questions that once needed a team, a report and a development budget become practical to ask.
And we stay with you until it is right. We don’t meter requests, so nobody hesitates to ask for something to be built. A change takes minutes or hours, as long as it needs to be right, and it is covered by your subscription rather than a bill.
More than doing the same work faster.
A way to attempt work you used to leave alone.
You start with your knowledge and your data. Intelligence builds with you. Once your system is built, it runs on its own and the intelligence steps back, ready for the next change.
A working version, refined around your judgement.
Runs day to day. Return to development when a new need arises.
The working product remains. Dependable software carries the routine, with intelligence available for analysis and the next change.
Dependence on development recedes as the work settles. Intelligence stays available to analyse the evidence, explore a question or build the next change.
An illustration of the approach, not a delivery timetable. Your needs shape the solution.Once a view, calculation or process has settled into a reliable form, dependable software can carry the established work. A dashboard should not need to be invented again every morning.
Intelligence stays available when you want to ask something new or change the approach. Your expertise goes into the judgement, exceptions and opportunities that deserve it.
You keep what you have built, and the ability to take it further.
Together means real people. We send our people to sit with yours, coach you through it and stay engaged, whether that is a short drive or a twenty-thousand-kilometre flight.
It starts with a paid proof of concept. We agree its purpose and scope, you test the capability and shape the work, and you see what the business needs before anything moves into production. It often costs less than people expect.
When you are ready, a signed agreement sets out production delivery and who looks after what, and we commission the system on the platform you choose. Your business pays for its hosting, and the environment is yours.
You keep the quality, the pace and the people.
Moving into production changes none of them.
It stays connected to us, so we can still lift you wherever you need it. You don’t lose quality, development speed or the people who took you there. That is what a trusted relationship looks like.
We design for efficient operation and take capacity and running costs seriously. We work with the infrastructure you have where it fits, and agree what the job actually needs.
Cloud-hosted or sovereign intelligence can be selected to suit the task, your information requirements and the capacity available. The model supports the capability you are building.
We agree the target environment, scope, costs and support responsibilities for your engagement.
A team, not a tool. The K2 brings together models from leading and sovereign labs, each chosen for a distinct job and working on rails, with the industry, engineering and operations experience of the people who built ProductiV behind it. You meet it from the first conversation. Kayla listens in every meeting and shapes the specification as you talk, Maverick guides you through getting started, and Katey looks after you once you are running. Each meeting sharpens the specification until we pull the trigger and a working product stands up, often within hours. Then a builder that knows your industry stays with it, refining the product with you.
If you want us to hold your hand, Intelligence for one organisation’s figures, or Landing for an organisation working across structured and unstructured data. If you want your sovereignty, Horizon. Planogram to work visually with a space, Provenance to investigate what happened. If none of them fits, the K2 builds what does.
No. Our products are evidence of what the K2 can deliver, not a limit on it. Start with the problem or the opportunity, and we will find the right shape of solution together.
Anything your business produces: databases and business systems, files and spreadsheets, email, shared drives, scanned documents, images, voice, feeds and telemetry. We agree the sources the outcome needs, then connect and verify each one rather than assuming it is already there.
However suits them. WhatsApp, the mobile and desktop apps, Slack, email, voice or your meetings. If your people already work somewhere else, we bring the product there rather than asking them to move.
The right one for the task. The K2 is model agnostic: frontier or private, cloud-hosted or sovereign, chosen for the job, your information requirements and the capacity available. The most expensive model is not always the right one, and if you would rather choose, we lay out the options.
No. A change can be built, checked and put live in minutes. Every change is reviewed before it is called done, and nothing we build is a black box.
No. We don’t meter requests, because nobody should hesitate to ask for something to be built. Your subscription covers the work, and we stay with you until it is right.
We start with a paid proof of concept, agreeing its purpose, scope and terms first, and it often costs less than people expect. A signed commercial agreement then sets the production delivery and operating responsibilities before we commission it in your chosen environment. Hosting and infrastructure are paid for by your business, and our people stay with you.
Yes. Production can be commissioned in your data centre, chosen cloud platform or on-premises environment, within agreed requirements. We agree hosting capacity, model options, access and support with you. You own or control the environment and fund its infrastructure.
The same engineering capability that built your system supports it. Our approach combines self-healing mechanisms, a route to report problems, and engineering follow-through. We agree support and recovery requirements with you, so you know where to turn.
Your hardest problem, your biggest pain, the idea that never got built. That is where we like to start, and where we prove ourselves.
What will you bring us first?
